At Kangaroo Crossing we guarantee satisfaction. We have a very simple and hassle free return policy. Should the item you purchased not be satisfactory in any way you can return the unused product within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or a store credit (your choice). Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
Price guarantee - We try to keep our prices fair and reasonable all the time, but as we sell-off the few remaining pieces of a style and color, we may offer a price reduction on those last few items. If you buy a Sheepskin coat from our on-line store and the price is reduced within 30 days of your purchase, we will give you a store credit for the difference provided that the exact item (style, size and color) you purchased is in stock at the time of the price reduction. So, if you see a coat you like, go for it! You won't be out if there is a further price reduction! Just email us if you see a price reduction and we will arrange your store credit.
Electronic Payment
During our online "Check Out", you will be prompted to provide your credit card information, your billing address and an alternate shipping address. You must complete the billing address for your credit card for your order to be processed. Please note: you need only complete the "shipping address" information if the items purchased are going to a different address. If you request that your order be shipped to an address other than your credit card billing address, please call your credit card company, using the number on the back of your card, to add the requested ship-to address to your account as an authorized shipping address. We can only ship to authorized addresses. This is a measure to safeguard any unauthorized use of your credit card.
Residents of Missouri, U.S.A. should be aware that they will be charged Kansas City, Missouri sales tax equalling 7.725%.
Once you have completed this form and submitted it to Kangaroo Crossing we will send you a confirmation of your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped to you.

Ordering by Phone
We will gladly accept orders over the phone. Simply call us at 1-888-578-JUMP (5867) and we will gladly take your order over the phone. All you need are the names and stock codes of the items you wish to order. Please have your credit card, billing address and or shipping address ready when you call.
Our telephone hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m Central time Monday - Wednesday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m Central time Thursday and Friday and from noon to 5 p.m. Central time on Sundays. After hours, please leave a message with our voicemail.
Shipping
Kangaroo Crossing will ship all domestic orders via UPS regular ground unless otherwise requested. All international orders will be sent via FedEx or DHL and all applicable import duties will be assumed by you, the customer. Payment of all applicable duties will be charged to your credit card (information provided at the point of purchase).
Delivery Time
Regular UPS Ground Service will vary depending on your proximity to Kansas City MO. Generally you can expect your shipment within 3 to 5 days from the time you placed your order. Should you want delivery sooner, you may choose to use UPS Next Day Air and you will receive the package within 48 hours. International customers can expect shipping to take between 3 and 5 days assuming that there are no delays associated with your country's customs officials.
International Customers
All international deliveries will be made via Federal Express or DHL unless otherwise specified. You will be charged for the actual cost of shipping to your destination (which we will confirm via email for your approval).
