At Kangaroo Crossing we guarantee satisfaction. We have a very simple and hassle free return policy. Should the item you purchased not be satisfactory in any way, you can return the product within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or a store credit (your choice). The returned item must be in brand new condition with tags attached. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. For exchanges, we will pay for shipping to you of the replacement item.
Christmas gift returns: We want your gift recipients to be delighted. If the item(s) you purchase is a Christmas gift, we will extend the return window until 10 days after Christmas Day. Please just add "Christmas present" in the comments window of your order. Let us know if you need more time. |
Price guarantee - We try to keep our prices fair and reasonable all the time, but as we sell-off the few remaining pieces of a style and color, we may offer a price reduction on those last few items. If you buy a Sheepskin coat from our on-line store and the price is reduced within 30 days of your purchase, we will give you a store credit for the difference provided that the exact item (style, size and color) you purchased is in stock at the time of the price reduction. So, if you see a coat you like, go for it! You won't be out if there is a further price reduction! Just email us if you see a price reduction and we will arrange your store credit.
