Shipping Information

Kangaroo Crossing ships to US customers using UPS ground service. Expedited shipping is available. We charge cost on our shipping. Over the past year, higher gas prices have had a significant impact on shipping rates. Because we are not a mass-market operation, we do not have access to the lowest shipping rates, and we can't afford to "eat" shipping costs, especially since most of our items are fairly bulky to ship. We do offer reasonable prices on our products, so in most cases you will recoup the shipping charge in the base price of an item. 

 

For International customers, we ship using DHL. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your country's corresponding import duties and taxes.

 

In the event of customer returns or exchanges, shipping charges are not refundable. Note that we will pay the shipping on exchanges for replacement items sent to you.
